1-The location was on top, close to the main attractions and to the best bars/restaurants. 2-The room was very clean, very warm ( outside was -14°C) and inside it was quite comfortable. 3-The lighting of the room was very good planned, warm lights for making the comfort even higher. 4-The host was the best, always giving tips and tricks how to make your stay more pleasent, they even have a little brochure for easy access on home appliances and outisde suggestions where to go.

1-Even though the room was warm, there might be the necessity for some slipers or anti slip rugs, especially in the bathroom and at the entrance. 2- The big shower head needed a fix, couldn't be used in that condition and we used only the small one which was a bit struggling cuz I'm tall and I had to bend to wash the hair 3- The TV and AC remote had no batteries, the one that were at the remote TV were empty

Great location, very clean, and all the necessities

Shower head wasn’t working properly so bad water presure.

The location of the accommodation is excellent since you have access to the old town on foot in 10 minutes. The host from the beginning was kind and helpful in whatever we needed. The decoration of the room was also very beautiful and modern in relation to the rest of the building. Also the room had heat and hot water all day.

Arriving at the accommodation at midnight we did not find the key in the position we were told. So we had to contact the host and look elsewhere. Entering the room we noticed that one of the legs of the bed was broken and that there were crumbs in the drawers from previous guests. This means they were never cleaned.Then in the bathroom, the siphon was clogged, as a result of which the water when you take a shower remains in the shower for a long time. Besides that, we had to cook the next day and we realized how dirty the oven was. That's why we used the pan and the hood for the smells. Unfortunately, the hood didn't catch the smells since it wasn't connected, and we had to cook with the windows open while it was only 5 degrees outside. I understand that some things may not be done, but the topic of cleanliness is quite basic.

Soft bed, spacious bedroom, clean spaces, cute bathroom, warm water, spacious closets, large tv screen, functioning AC, large tables.

Small, claustrophobic kitchenette, youtube and other apps have accounts signed in.

You can see that the room was made with love and thoughtfulness so the guest can be comfortable. Decoration on point. Everything is well put together, every space is well optimised and well organised. The picture is exactly how the reality is !

You could see here and there some cleaning imperfections: toilet seat unstable, some hair on toilet seat also, some hair on the hairdryer, some hair on the shower floor, some hair on mattress protection, some greasy closet doors (where you have to press to open)...Nothing crazy but i felt like i had to clean surfaces and wash everything before i use it.

I really didn’t like the building. Its was creepy. I think the main but really real problem, is that you need to change the door in your apartment , because its really thin and i heard all sound which that was in corridor

The apartment was clean, in the heart of the city center, comfy bed. The host even let us early check in and extra check out time which was very nice and we appreciate it very much as well as the easy fast communication. Loved it.

The only thing I would prolly refer to is when using the shower it takes time for the water to go down the drain, but I can't blame the host, it is an old building.
