"A perfect place to enjoys the Dales!"

9.0

Location is perfect. Very comfortable home

Instructions for operating the heating should be posted somewhere. For Americans, it was a little confusing to figure it all out. Also, back up toilet tissue and paper towels would be nice.

Modern but fitted well into the old style cottage. Lovely bathroom.

I would have loved some books to peruse about Grassington & nearby areas.

"We had a lovely stay at your cottage. It was beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable and warm"

8.0

The location was very good appart from being right next to the Chappel bells. These did keep us awake at night which was a nuisance. We had to have windows open because it was so hot. I think this needs to be mentioned in the initial cottage write up, as they really are intrusive and woke me up even with ear plugs in. Sorry iv written this in the wrong box

The only thing that could have been better would have been, more implements in the kitchen, for washing up, ie pan scrubber etc. We did buy one and leave it there A grater and non stick frying pan would have been useful. And maybe a bit more basic stuff would have been handy, salt, pepper, sugar. And maybe a few T bags, so that you could make a cup of tea when you first arrived. Also some basic cleaning stuff such as bleach. Also I think it needs some summer weight quilts, as the ones on the beds are really hot and heavy. It was not obvious as to where you could go outside, appart from the 2 chairs outside the back door. We wearnt sure where the bins were, so that probably needs explaining.

"A lovely cottage but spoilt due to the proximity of the community Centre Bell. When my concerns were voiced to Knight sp"

3.0

Wonderfully clean, comfortable and inviting cottage.

The property is situated across the road from the community centre. Approximately 15 m from the properties bedroom windows. There is a bell cited in the building which sounds every hour on the hour day and night. As a result, we had very little sleep throughout our holiday. Due to the noise, We could not have the windows open at night, and despite using earplugs were still unable to get a good nights rest.

"Ideal cottage. Small enough to be cosy, big enough to have family to stay. Loved the location with stunning walks strai"

The location was convenient with only a short and beautiful walk to the market place, but also far enough to not be bustling so lovely and quiet. Very comfortable indeed.

No bolt on the bathroom door.
