There were no instructions for the flat which would have been useful, e.g. we could not get the television to work. Likewise, instructions for hte oven, heating, rubbish etc. would have been very helpful.
ESGBA large and well appointed flat in the heart of Gibraltar, the flat had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. Shower gel and towels were provided
Could do with locks on the toilet doors.

We thought the key safes on the wall on the right as you go in were held the keys but then realised the key code was for each individual door

Was told it had 3 separate complete beds and was assured when I message prior to arriving. This was not true only had 2, plus Furniture and mattresses were uncomfortable.

No welcome pack which would have made finding where to find stuff like supermarkets and rubbish disposal area so much easier. Mattresses on 2nd bed and the fold down sofa were quite uncomfortable. Two of the duvets weirdly smelled of cigarette smoke until we aired them. Air con in smaller bedroom was far too cold when comfy in rest of the flat.
GBHouse was modern, clean and tidy. Easy to find with good location
