Quiet and clean

Lovely house and breakfast was excellent.

Culliss House has to be in my top ten. Everything was excellent and that included the terrific breakfast. The house was lovely, in a convenient location and Joan was the perfect host.

A suggestion, rather than a "didn't like" would be a small table between the two chairs for when drinking your tea and using a laptop.

A friendly welcome, a clean and spacious room and a good breakfast. Culiss House is a short walk from pubs and restaurants in the City centre but in a very quiet location with good parking. Good value at £84 for a night with breakfast.

Just a little difficult to find as it is along the same driveway as the medical centre, but no sign to indicate this at the driveway entrance. We drove right past it, then turned into the wrong drive!

What a hidden gem! I could not have felt more welcome and comfortable. Joan went above and beyond for me during my stay and for that I cannot thank her enough. This B&B is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast is excellent! My only negative is that I wasn’t there enough/longer!

Nossa estadia em Inverness foi excelente. O quarto era bem espaçoso, a cama muito confortável e a roupa de cama extremamente agradável. O chuveiro era ótimo e tudo estava impecavelmente limpo — deu para perceber o cuidado em cada detalhe. Fomos super bem recepcionados pela Joanne, que foi muito simpática e atenciosa, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. A localização é muito boa, facilitando os deslocamentos pela cidade, e o custo-benefício é excelente. Foi uma ótima escolha e nos hospedaria novamente com certeza!

Joan has done an amazing job creating a clean, comfortable, and efficient b&b. The room was great, the breakfast was home cooked and delicious, and it was a 10 minute walk to the center of town. It felt like staying in the home of a loved one. Absolutely would return!

I highly recommend this establishment - Joan was so welcoming and the facilities are 5* - the room was very cosy and clean and the breakfast was superb - we loved our stay and will be back - Thanks Joan for your hospitality
