The cottage was impeccable, very well appointed, comfortable. Quality linen, comfy bed and pillows, all that is needed in kitchen, drying rack to dry clothes outside and pegs, etc. Nice details: cold water in fridge, roiboos and ceylon tea. Plenty of natural light, blinds kept room dark at night. Good hot shower. Everything worked well. Hosts Bob and Linda were helpful, considerate, and gave me useful advice when I asked for directions, weather, security, etc. Easy to buy food nearby, close to shops, pharmacy and coffee places. Short walk to lovely Fish Hoek beach.

Hosts Bobby and Linda are such down to earth, friendly people. They make sure that you are as comfortable as possible and have fitted their cottage with everything you may possibly need. The bed is comfy and overall cottage is spotless. During our stay we didn't see them as they tried their best not to be intrusive, however they are so welcoming that we wouldn't have minded them being there. There's great restaurants nearby as well as tourist attractions such as Simon's town which has the Naval base and a penguin cologny. Boulders Beach, Long Beach, Cape Point and Chapman's peak drive are all nearby.

The cottage was very neat, the bed was comfortable,... A home away from home. I found my go to place when visiting Fish Hoek again. The owners were very friendly..

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

Linda was very welcoming and the tour of the place was well conducted. The cottage was very cozy, clean, spacious and has an amazing bed 100% worth the price, a definately to visit again place. She even extended our check out time, it's like she knew that we didn't want to leave 😊. Thank you Linda😁

The garden cottage is very nice, Hosts, Bob n Linda are always helpful, close to groceries an a couple good East Indian restaurants !! Beach isn’t far !!cooking is a bit awkward, burners are not at counter level, rather chest high, I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook, in bet weather !!
