King Suite 8Mins to Newark Airport

I booked and paid for 1 night (Tuesday 13th August) at this address. I ticked the box that I would arrive between 11:30pm and midnight. When I arrived at 11:45pm there was nobody at the building. The front door was locked and there is no bell. There is no tel I could call. I left at about 12:15am and found alternative accommodation at a 6 Motel. I would like my cc refunded for the full amount charged. Patrick

Room is ok

Location , bed, noise people walking upstairs all night , so disturbing

Everything was clean! She came to my room when I explained that the TV was broke. She brought me a different TV. Very close to the airport!

At first I was upset there was music playing in another apartment, but she came to check and didn't hear It coming from her building. I think it was a neighbor very close by.

Location is good and very accessible to uber and not far from the center and airport.

The other guests were noisy most nights. The rooms weren't sound proof so all noises and footsteps all pots and utensils in the kitchen, footsteps and moving objects from upstairs were disturbing during sleep time. Maybe make the room walls sound proof and make sure the door doesn't have a gap from the flooring. Also have a window type aircon for that particular room to at least minimize noise.

Vicinity to airport

Dirt under the bed and the TV want noy mounted on the wall. Though, i was not watching TV, I did notice that.
