It was a very spacious clean property in a quiet location . The restaurant that was recommended to a by the host was fantastic

After a grueling 8 hour walk on a hot day it was difficult to reach a destination where there was no food and just 2 warm bottles of water . 💧 if you are doing the Via Francigena you need a base truly in the Centre as this was another 35 mins walk up a steep hill to get to youpr accommodation . There was no air conditioning and this would be an issue in the summer

this backpacker arrived early in the rain and the housekeeper/mgmt was nice enough to expedite the cleaning of the room so I could get in early

I was so cold, I had to sit under two blankets while awake, in the room- I understand that the heat goes on and off automatically in this area, since many of the hotels are in old, historic buildings that are expensive to heat/air and it was a cold day for their Spring (45F, 7C) but they should provide another heat source for this type of situation- the heat was only on at night till early morning and the walls and floor were all tile/brick.

No air conditioning, also in one room there is no window, only door, which you can’t open for fresh air. Only plastic glasses, even for coffee from coffee machine, strange. No kitchen, even basic things like glasses or plates are not available.

I had the pleasure of staying at this house recently, and there are several aspects that made it a great experience. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house was outstanding. Upon arrival, it was evident that the host had taken meticulous care to ensure that every corner of the house was spotless. This attention to cleanliness provided a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout my stay. The location of the house was also a strong point. Situated in a peaceful and convenient neighborhood, it was easy to access local attractions and amenities. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening, the location offered the best of both worlds. Lastly, I must commend the host for their friendliness and welcoming nature. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the stay, and I truly appreciated their efforts to ensure I had a pleasant visit.

One of the minor drawbacks was the lack of sufficient fans in the house. This became noticeable, especially during hot weather, as it could get quite warm indoors. Having more fans or better air circulation would have made the stay more comfortable. Additionally, the absence of a kitchenette was a bit inconvenient. While the house had a kitchen, a kitchenette or a small cooking area would have been ideal for quick meals and snacks. It would have added a lot of convenience for those looking to prepare simple meals during their stay. In conclusion, the house was good, but it could be even more appealing with a few improvements, such as additional fans for better comfort and the addition of a kitchenette for greater convenience.

The house is lovely, it has an external area to relax, it is relatively cool at night since it is located on the top of a hill. It is also very easy to park right in front of the house.

It is missing a decent refrigerator, the internal staircase that is obstrucated
