"Falta absoluta de transparencia, suplemento de 30€ (o lo que la dueña quiera pedir) por mascota"

Reservé indicando que llevábamos una mascota. He repetido la búsqueda y lo único que dice la descripción es “Se admiten. Se pueden aplicar suplementos”. Al hacer la reserva no se aplicó ningún suplemento. Pagué mi reserva, sin cancelación gratuita. Posteriormente, se me comunica por whatsapp que el cargo por la mascota son 30€ de limpieza, ya sin capacidad de reacción porque no hay cancelación gratuita. Lo pagué en mano, porque no reaccioné y porque soy honrada, pero me parece una estafa. El hospedador puede determinar el importe que le de la gana, no consta en ningún sitio, y no se notifica antes de aceptar la reserva.

"Un finde perfecto en Candeleda"

El apartamento está preciosa, muy cómodo y he hemos estado como en casa. Está al lado de la garganta y con unas vistas buenas a las montañas
