Lovely 2-Bed Chalet in Mablethorpe

Very clean close to the beach and small town easy to find

Close to entrance and walk into Mablethorpe.

The chalet was filthy I had to clean it when I got there it's was awful to be honest . Awful dog smell. The bed was so bad my husband was crippled the next day . I put blankets on the furniture as it looked dirty. It was a last minute choice for us as our other place was cancelled. Never again. The property is up for sale .

Loved the location, happy with the chalet size.

The chalet was dirty, every nook and cranny was either very dirty or cobwebs everywhere. I have stayed at a different chalet before and it was immaculate so very dissapointing

The chalet was dead close to the entrance of the park and really close to the club meaning we could easily go out or stay close by, Staff at the club were amazing and food is great and fairly cheap, Free WiFi is a big bonus although I did try to steer the kids away from it this week but if your little one simply cannot be away it's a big plis

Was an odour of dog but I just opened all the doors and windows whilst in the chalet, Best suited to couples or maybe with one child as it was a bit cramped with four of us in there, Adult bed seems to be broken on the side closest to the wall Could do with a deep clean as we spent over an hour to clean the shower and general surfaces

The chalet had wifi.

The chalet had been tidied and not properly cleaned. I bruised my arm on the dog basket screwed by the front door when taking the cases in. (Wrong place for it) The shower drain was blocked so we had to keep turning it off till it had eventually drained off, then continue to shower. The weather was warm, but the fan didn't work due to someone's dog chewing the plug. The cooker plug was also chewed. The was no instructions for the hotplate so took us 2 days to figure it out. Finally, we knew it was pet friendly but the was pet stains on the carpet and a strong pet smell. We did not think it was value for money and will not be staying in any chalets again.

We love Mablethorpe as my husband and I used to live there, however arriving at the chalet was not a nice experience after a long journey to arrive and have to go out to buy cleaning products to clean, the toilet was disgusting as was the shower, the toaster didn't work and stains on the cushions, cobwebs in the kitchen, all that was done before our arrival was the bedding which had been changed and bags placed in the bins,my husband and I left the property spotless as I wouldn't like to think of the next holiday makers walking into what we did as whoever was supposed to clean it didn't!

The site location is good, being located not too far from the centre of town and the beach. The chalet was comfortable, and the porch made sitting out more comfortable too. All the appliances worked well. Pretty much, home from home.

The shower room is a bit of a squeeze although everything else is well laid out. We left some washing up liquid and a sponge, which will hopefully give the next person something to wash the dishes with.

Location great, easy to get to beach, could walk into centre. Very good pet friendly centre. Pub/ restaurant on site, friendly staff, can take pets in, good food, not too expensive. Grounds maintained to a high standard. Would definitely go again, but not in this chalet.

The bed was horrendous, very soft and very uncomfortable. Television was size of a portable tv, making it difficult to read what programs are about. This is a four bed chalet with only enough room for three people to sit down. Very little pottery or cutlery, cutlery was just thrown into tray and was all over shelf. One cooking tray which was rusty. Front door and patio doors very stiff. Second bedroom door also stiff. Cooker is a hot plate type that is on the side and you plug in, didn’t use it. Wouldn’t book again. Came home early. There is a for sale sign on it and that could be the reason it was unkempt.
