Apartamento moderno, cómodo, bonito, limpio y con una ubicación perfecta. Dos habitaciones, sofá cama y dos baños.

Recomendable si vas con amigos y de ocio, se escucha mucho ruido de la calle.

L’emplacement bien situé

L’absence de rangement dans la salle de bain. On aimerait bien une chaise dans les chambres. Mauvaises odeurs dans la pièce a vivre. Nettoyage un peu superficiel.

Essere avvisata qualche ora prima del mio arrivo per istruzioni check in. Nin mette in tranquillita' il cliente.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was well equipped. It included amenities that are often missing in rental properties, such as shampoo, shower gel, kitchenware, and even some basic seasonings.

The cleanliness could have been better, as we found some dust and hair in one of the bathrooms. The master bedroom bed was broken, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep because the mattress kept slipping and we felt like we were falling. The area can also be quite noisy at night, although this is somewhat expected given its central and busy location.

Buen trato, facilidad ante preguntas. Buena ubicación. Apartamento bien equipado.

Розташування дійсно вау, все поруч! Це невідʼємний + цього помешкання. Також дуже приємна комунікація (хоча вислали інструкцію по заселенню буквально за годину до вʼїзду). Ну кухні є все необхідне (це дуже зручно)

У дальній кімнаті через частково скляні стіни видно світло з ванних кімнат чи залу — це дуже не зручно, особливо в ночі. В цій же кімнаті просто жахливий матрац, думаю перепад у 20 чи більше сантиметрів

Gute Lage und gut erreichbar mit ÖPNV.

Localização excelente e boas condições de limpeza e conforto. Anfitrião enviou todas as informações de check-in.

O colchão de uma das camas era desconfortável pois afundava ao meio em vez de ser reto.
