I was charged an extra $50 and called several times to figure out why and they would not answer the phone.

Decent price.

The floor was uneven. Something is structurally wrong. It would slope down then up and have low spots which was a tripping hazard. The advertisement on booking.com states it has a 24-hour desk. We arrived around 10pm, the workers car was running and was about ready to leave. We called on the ring camera twice until someone answered. We would have been without a place to stay, that was already paid for, on a 27 degree night if she would have left. If it has specific hours then post them when booking and not state it has a 24-hour desk then. Got a no smoking room that smelled like smoke. The fridge was leaking inside on the contents so we did not use it.

The property was cute and quaint

We arrived at 5 PM had appointment to book through Booking.com paid showed up. Nobody would answer the door. Nobody would answer the doorbell. Some guys start screaming because we knocked on the door. Some woman came out that was cleaning the rooms and said she didn’t have the rooms clean yet and start screaming at us and we were still charged. Never stayed there.

Nothing I never got a chance to get my room. Office closes at 6 PM and no one would answer the phone.

Office closes at 6 PM and I got there around 7:30 because of business. Had to get a motel room at a different hotel on my dime.90
