Appartement Lana Guéliz Marrakech

Un court séjour à Marrakech, mais intensément vécu. J’ai suivi mon instinct malgré certains avis, et je ne l’ai pas regretté. L’appartement, parfaitement situé au cœur de Guéliz, m’a offert confort, modernité et une immersion directe dans l’effervescence du quartier. Deux jours pleins de saveurs et de chaleur orientale.

They shut the main door to the building the apartment is in. It's hard to get in to the building after 12 midnight unless you pay these men outside to open the door for you so be aware.

It wasn't like that.

I have been going to Morocco for 10 years, but I have never had such a bad experience. The owner lives abroad and did not notice the reservation. He was late in replying both here and on WhatsApp. We kept in touch with 4 people until we got into the apartment with great difficulty. They did not wait at the agreed time and place, we had to go to a remote place with the packages and waited there for 1 hour. The apartment was not cleaned, the bed linen was dirty. Rusty water flowed from the faucet, the drain was clogged. No bulb in the table light. At night, we noticed that there was no hot water, so we left the accommodation the next day, we did not stay until the end of the reservation. Instead of 5 minutes, we waited another 1 hour to hand over the key, but no one came. The owner did not return our money, instead he offered us another free stay within 1 year. Would you go back?
