GBThis is a beautiful cabin, very clean, spacious, quiet, with comfortable beds and great facilities. The deck and the view is absolutely great. The location was good for trips to the coast and nearby attractions - also local walks. We had a lovely relaxing stay there and would recommend it if the price is right. The property itself merits a 10 rating but I’ve taken a point off for the £100 cleaning fee for two nights.
As above, the cleaning fee (£100) was very expensive for two nights - not least as we left it in immaculate condition. Of course we knew the cost before booking (we booked last-minute, so were willing to pay a bit more than we usually would), but were surprised that nearly one third of the total it was due to the cleaning costs. We contacted the property agency who replied kindly and politely saying it was a fixed fee per property and they couldn’t pro-rata it for length of stay due to the size of their portfolio. Pity.
