ロケーション 窓からの景色、少し歩いていくと見晴らしのいい公園があり、すごく癒された 部屋も清潔で良かった 思ったより夜も静かだった

イタリアだと普通なのかもしれないが、待ち合わせ時間になってもオーナーが来ず、３０分以上アパート前で待った。ついたと連絡したらすぐ来てくれたので、 鍵を渡す時間の事前連絡とアパートに着いたら連絡したほうが良いみたい 日本人の方はwhat's appを国内で設定して準備しとくのをおすすめします

The View is small but nice.

There are 6 flights of stairs just be aware. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and along with the ally voices that echoed up it made it very unpleasant to sleep.

Bed was not comfortable

This property does not match the description. It was very noisy and had no sound proofing as described. It is on the top floor in a building on a busy road intersection. All noise from passing cars and pedestrians can be heard clearly in the room. Even worse there is a nightclub or bar playing loud music until very late. It is described as having 2 living rooms. It does not have 2 living rooms. It is one room and a bathroom. There was no coffee machine and no iron. One of the wardrobe doors is off its hinges and leaning up against the wall. We had booked and paid for 4 nights but left after just one night since it was so noisy. Very disappointing and spoiled our intended stay in Siena.

We did not like anything about it to be honest. It was a poor match against the description. The owner who met us on arrival did not ask for our passport details to register our stay. This seems quite irregular. She could not wait to get away as soon as we had entered the room. She did not take any trouble to show us the room as most hosts do. Quite unfriendly. Also failed to respond to my complaint.
