"Comfortable and a good value"

It is a spacious one bedroom with a beautiful little modern bathroom.

It was difficult to find the property because the building and doors were not numbered. There was a washer but no dryer for clothes.

"Everything great except lack of heat."

The unit was having problems with the water heater/boiler and we never got really hot water or heat, lukewarm showers were not good in that climate.

"Disastrous."

Nothing. The apartment was not ready and we had to stay in a different apartment on the top floor which did not have any of the facilities advertised and was much smaller.

See above. I have made a formal complaint.

The layout of room. Nice mirror in bathroom. Easy bus to city connection. Available at short notice

No toilet brush in bathroom. Tv remote didn't work even with batteries

"Spacious Apartment In Queen’s University Neighborhood"

The owner was very gracious and helpful to me as I was unfamiliar with lockboxes and he helped me navigate it so I felt more assured.

It took a little while to have the WiFi connected but it was resolved quickly and worked beautifully after that. Everyone involved treated me kindly and were helpful in all aspects.
