ZIL - Studio Apartment City Center

the apartment is cosy and the position is fantastic. Near the centre, in a nice lively street, while at the same time still remaininng a very quiet apartment.

I got the instructions to enter the apartment only once I was on the spot and I contacted the owner. I would have liked to have them before, as I normally travel with no internet.

Localization was exceptional, also all the necessary items were there. Host very frendly and helpful.

Place could be cleaner. Some cups should be changed for new ones.

The apartment is in a perfect location and really cozy. Me and my friend felt super comfortable and everything was provided for. The owner was incredibly helpful, even answered in the middle of the night as we arrived late. He was also there for any further questions. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary.

This apartment gets 3/10 due the great location and air conditioning - everything else, not so good.

This tiny Apartment clearly shows sign of moisture damage. It is damp and moldy and has a terrible smell. This place was probably nice ten years ago but should not still be rented out. It has definitely not been throughly cleaned in a while and the walls were clearly dirty and moldy. Every metallic surface had rusted due to the moisture. We only had one duvet cover for two people (finally found one duvet under the bed…) The door to the bathroom could not close which wasn’t really ideal in such a tight space. We also didn’t have any toilet paper and there were SO many ants on the floor and a lot of bugs and spiders everywhere else. We tried to ask the owners for a solution, however they did not reply during our entire stay. It is also right next to a bar and a set of very screaming neighbors who had an argument the entire time we were there (which is of course not to the fault of the owners of this apartment).

Owner gave us a 'general' address which we gave to Uber. Only when we were late on arrival did we get the actual address, retrieved by wifi from a nearby restaurant. The 'general address' left us on the wrong side of the hill, which we climbed with luggage. Previous tenant left their sock in the blanket, so I am sure the sheets and bed were not clean. No toilet paper or paper towels in apartment. My girlfriend had an extra female need that was unmet. The owner said he would bring some toilet paper by and show us how to use the broken stove. Never showed up, I am glad we got our own tissues. Ants were climbing on us multiple times per hour. We had severe problems breathing due to the mold, and I ended up going to hospital. I recently had stitches and was given antibiotics, but I got sick from mold anyway. Neighbor's small dog barked and yiped and yelped often. No WIFI. Outside window has direct sight into shower, no drapes. They need to repair appliances, clean the place, treat for mold and ants. Put up a curtain so people can't see you shower.

Location is perfect, apartment is nice and clean and host is very friendly and helpful.
