"Υψηλές προσδοκίες….μετρια πραγματικοτητα ( Ilia Palms)"

Η Τοποθεσία ( όχι το Ilia Palms) είναι φανταστική. Το aquapark καταπληκτικό για παιδιά κάθε ηλικίας!! Το φαγητό πολύ καλό επίσης!

1. Το Ilia Palms είναι luxury μόνο στην τιμή που πληρώνεις.Lobby χωρίς κλιματισμό( αν είναι δυνατόν)..ξεχασμένο στο χρόνο όπως και τα καταθλιπτικά δωμάτια βγαλμένα από ταινία του Φρεντυ Κρούγκερ ξεχασμένα κ αυτά στο χρόνο ειναι παλιά , όχι καλά συντηρημένα κ βρώμικα. Τη πρώτη μέρα η μπανιέρα βούλωσε …η κουρτίνα άφηνε απαλές αχτίδες φωτός να περάσουν από τις τρύπες της και ο εξαερισμός στο μπάνιο ήταν η χαρά των μικροβίων προφανώς ακαθάριστος τα τελευταία 40 χρόνια…σε 4 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο…υποτίθεται.. 2. Σε γενικές γραμμές το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό. Επειδή όμως παντού υπάρχουν θλιβερές εξαιρέσεις δεν μπορώ να μην αναφέρθω σε υπάλληλο του εστιατορίου ( Αντώνης από τη Λακωνια) ο όποιος με την Αγένεια και την Άναιδεια του καθώς κ την αμετροέπεια του πραγματικά αμαύρωσε την εικόνα μας για το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου. 3. οι διακοπές μας ΔΕΝ άξιζαν τα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε…

- crowded buffet -,the hotel (palms) was quite old and basic. choose another one in the resort.

"Se dovessi tornare, opterei senz'altro per Hotel Oasis o Riviera, sicuramente migliori."

Sicuramente tutti i servizi che offre il complesso sono molto buoni, ma noi alloggiando al ILIA PALMS per usufruirne dovevamo spostarci

L'Hotel Ilia Palms venduto come 4 stelle secondo noi arriva a malapena alle 3 scarse: - pavimento camera sporco. - salviette doccia: eravamo in tre persone, sempre avuto solo 2 teli! Di cui uno bucato! La sera l'hotel non offre NULLA ( il bar chiude dopo le 22,00...)

Sehr gut. Wunderbare Anlage. Der Aquapark ein Highlight für die Kinder. Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre.

Alles war sehr gut.
