Η εξυπηρέτηση και η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού ήταν εξαιρετική! Οι εγκαταστάσεις του συμπλέγματος των ξενοδοχείων ήταν πέραν του εξαιρετικού αλλά και η πισίνα και οι χώροι του Ilia Palms ήταν εξαιρετικοί!

Το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να έχει πιο καλοσυντηρημένα έπιπλα για τα χρήματα που κόστιζε η διαμονή στο ξενοδοχείο. Υπήρχαν ζημιές σε σημεία που φαίνονταν με το που έμπαινες

great place, we loved Almost everything. Very kind Staff , great activities

Bees in the food balcony area. They remove the food buffet exactly on time breakfast/dinner closes, even when people inside still need things
