Las Brisas Villa - Chateau Elysium

Очень просторная вилла, от которой 2 мин до моря с шикарным пляжем. Рядом вся инфраструктура: магазины, кафе и рестораны. По дороги, рядом с виллами есть загон с большими черепахами. Оснащение виллы полноценное для комфортного отдыха. Бассейн для детей самое то, чтобы порезвится после захода солнца. Для нас был очень комфортный и приятный отдых. Заселили раньше положенного времени и разрешили выехать позже на 2 часа без доплат.

Чехлы на мягкой мебели требуют химчистки (все в пятнах), кухонный гарнитур требует небольшого ремонта, в духовке так ничего и не смогли приготовить, почти не нагревала.

Бассейн свой хоть и не большой, но чистый. Размер дома подходит для большой семьи. Пляж рядом.

Муравьи на кухне, нельзя оставить еду, хранить только в холодильнике. Не хватает кондиционера на 1м этаже. Хотелось бы обновить белье и полотенца, чистое, но старое .

the pool was great

Not deep cleaned - maintenance very poor - eg TV did not work for first day / door handle fell off upstairs to get to balcony The person that met us and showed us around fixed the TV he was pleasant . The furnishings are very tired.

Great location, very welcoming team, especially Anushka — so warm and helpful and kind, villa las Brisas was comfortable - two huge bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one small bedroom better for 1 person than 2. A few facilities issues (lightbulbs etc) were fixed right away. Visit the giant tortoises and give them a scratch under the chin and head - they love it !

Mattresses a little outdated, the manager (maybe his name is Peter?) may have a hearing problem or a listening problem but was quite rude on arrival when telling us where to park. I asked the same question 3 times and 3 times he didn’t answer the question but repeated the same thing rudely about an instruction that we didn’t need.

beautiful and fully equipped villa, very large two bedrooms with attached roomy bathrooms, with full equipped kitchen, a living room with a large TV screen you can log in your private streaming channels, large balcony with a sitting area and a large dining table, and a small pool aside. just like 30 seconds walk from the bitch, with attached parking spot, 10 minutes walk distance from few small super markets, 5 minutes walk from a verity of restaurants, perfect in a case you want to stay and not move anywhere. the atmosphere of all the area which is part of the chateau elysium is of a vacation. the stuff and mainly the manager, Peter and his assistant, Chabi, were very helpful and nice. we would defiantly like to come again.

the attached pool is not really a pool ,very small, just to seat in and relax, but when you are so close to the bitch it's not really an issue, also, the villa is part of a compound, there is no real privacy.
