Stayed at the property for a week. The apartment itself was wery clean. Can't say the same for the common areas or the building. Everything was brand new. Very bright and spacious. Air-conditioners were new and worked perfect.

The entrance of the building awas really dirty and dusty, didn't get cleaned for a week. The location is great when considering transportation, but the street and neighbourhood have seen better days. No coffee shop, restaurants or decent supermarket nearby.
