A tranquilidade do local, do espaço exterior que permite fazer refeições e desfrutar da natureza e do convívio familiar, e do espaço interior que é acolhedor dispondo das condições necessárias para passar uns dias agradáveis se as condições climatéricas forem amenas

Da localização da casa (da aldeia), a falta de climatização da casa (Ar condicionado, as ventoinhas na resolvem o problema e a casa é quente), a falta de sinal de comunicação (telemóvel e internet) e seria útil algumas janelas terem redes mosquiteiras
