GBVery nice house with two bathrooms, the fans were a welcome touch as it was very humid at night. Nice outside seating area and bar.The location was fantastic 5 mins walk into the countryside and 5 to mins to shops and the many bars and restaurants of Witney which is a lovely town.
Can't fault the house or host.

GBThe property was clean, nicely decorated and dog friendly. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was in a quiet area with easy access to local amenities and places of interest. The owner provided a lovely welcome pack on arrival.
We stayed with our dogs and were asked for an additional £50 each dog for additional cleaning a week before the holiday which was not made clear at the time of booking. We paid with no fuss but after we checked out the cleaner complained we had not left the property in an acceptable state and there was dog hair making cleaning more difficult. No hoover or long handled brush had been provided. The cleaner also said that we had left marks on towels and pillowcases and that these wouldn’t come out and would need to be replaced. I disputed this as they had only been used for their intended purpose and no evidence of such damage was provided. The owner said he was going to seek damages through booking.com. Although he was courteous in his communication and did eventually decide not to pursue the claim, the accusations caused us stress and put a dampener on our family holiday.
GBThe location was excellent - close to the town / amenities. The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. The courtyard being a spotlight which was perfect for our dog but also to sit in the evening - felt secluded and very peaceful. It was really warm during our stay so we were grateful for the fans provided.
If I’m being very picky - summer bedding would be great and help with the comfort factor when sleeping.
GBThe house was perfect for our weekend break. It was clean, comfortable and modern with everything we needed and the location was ideal for making the most of Witney. Communication from the host was great and check-in was simple.
Cost of bringing a dog wasn’t clear until after booking. £50 extra charge for 2 nights felt a little high given the cleaning fee already included.
