Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Stylishly renovated,decorated and a large balcony.Communication with the owner was very good and he was helpful.We really enjoyed our holiday :). Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment. Very clean and quaint. Walkable to main street of restaurants, square for transport etc The owner kindly let us leave our packed suitcases in apartment for afternoon as we had an evening flight the day we left.

We were there for 7 days and no change of bedding and only 1 set of towels each for whole week. Usually this is changed every few days when we have stayed elsewhere ir spares left sp we could use. There was no iron so we had to buy one and leave it there which was £25 euros. The apartment is on 4th floor and lift takes so long to come... if it does at all...so we walked up and down the majority of the time. There was building work all day in the apartment on floor below and the lift wouldn't come at all as the builders were using it. We were ok but we had my elderly mother with us ....

The apartment is new and pretty and super close to the city center, which is really great as we wanted to discover Cagliari. It's well equipped for a short stay and has a giant terrace (but with vis-a-vis). The owner was super nice and communicative throughout the whole process.

Parking was a bit difficult even though we haven't been there in the main season - I don't want to imagine how difficult it must be to find a parking in July/August. However, there are free parkings close by, so this was appreciated. Since the apartment is new, it misses some details, like more hangers and spaces where you can put stuff in the bathroom, but it's not a big deal. Last thing that I found a bit strange is that we booked the whole apartment, but since we were a couple, they've locked the other room. Would have been great to just have had it to put our bags and have more space in the sleeping room.

Perfect location, very quiet. Beautifully appointed and suited us perfectly as two couples. Fantastic outdoor balcony. Close to all the restaurants, with a superb bakery on the corner and great coffee a block away.

One little aspect - needed a sharp knife for cutting up some of the delicious food we bought at the market.

Great position near centre, cafes and places to eat. It was light and comfortable. Easy to relax after being out all day. Good size bedrooms both with bathrooms. Good size terrace as well.

location, cleanliness, value for money

Apto very well located in the heart of cagliari. We could park the car on the street (right in front of the building). The apartment is brand new and really big. It had everything we needed. It had a huge and comfortable balcony where we could stay at night or even during the day. Marcello was very proactive and helpful and highly recommend him as a host.

Nothing really, only downside was that we only spent a night there, unfortunately! Definitely will come back
