Parking was free of charge. Location about 7min away from Lidl and 15 min away from city centre.

Upon the arrival everything seemed ok, but after close inspection there was no kettle, no wine glasses, no wine opener. In the bathroom and bedroom adjacent to the bathroom there was load of mould on the wall.

The place was really clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Had a great shower room with towels provided.Property had a coffee machine and had a good wifi. Also, have a big fridge to store your food. Has a nice view from the balcony.

At night, neighbours are very noisy and can hear every step or banging. Radiators make loud knocking noise when heating is on. Property hasn't got a kettle, toaster, or microwave. Property haven't got a cleaning products to clean the surfaces or toilet. No shops nearby, if you need to get your essentials.

Large apartment, close to Tower of Pisa, hot shower, comfortable beds.

self check in was a little confusing, and check out we were told to leave the keys in the room, but then could not exit the parking without the key. unable to reach host so had to flag down someone else in the apartment to let us out, almost missed our tour. Not happy about that.

Bedrooms got hot- no a/c in them

It was in a good location & very clean.

AC was only on the kitchen & we could hear every movement in the apartment above us
