B&B Cala Seggiola

Everything was clean, the space was ideal for a short stay, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to the piazza.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, likely from the sewage, and having a microwave would have been a helpful addition.

We stayed here just for one night on our way from our home down to Malta, and it was perfect for our needs. It's a large room divided by a wardrobe into an entry/living room and sleeping area with a double and two single beds. We all slept well and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver for us and our two dogs, as the weather was very hot and humid during our stay. The kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The apartment is also very close to the main piazza at the center of Pizzo.

For us it wasn't a problem, but for people who are physically impaired, they may find the steep roads challenging, and for anyone staying longer the lack of outdoor space may be undesirable (though we hung up our towels and swimming things to dry on the railing near the front door with no problem!). We also had to park a short distance away, so if you are unable to carry heavy bags, bear that in mind. Also be aware that in Pizzo the beach is quite a steep walk down from the main town, though this is of course not the responsibility of the B&B!

Excellent welcome from our hosts who were very attentive and available. The accommodation is very clean and located right in the city center, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this apartment!
