Clean, well maintained!

The need for the £500 deposit wasn’t clear when booking, and I’m not that keen on sharing my passport details with strangers at the end of an email!

Location

Studio does not have any window for ventilation.

Location was good, close to the center. The kitchen has many utensils and in general, the apartment looked clean.

First of all, we booked for 4 people and the apartment only had 3 places, and 2 towels. Also, the temperature inside the room was 29 degrees during the whole day. No windows to open, no aircon to switch on. Only a couple of fans. We were in contact with the hosts but they didn't offer any solution or partial reimbursement to any of these issues. They only offered a late check-out time, but only when we were already out. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK.

The location

There was no hot water, the WiFi didn’t work and consequently the TV didn’t work either. There was also no toilet paper on arrival and I had to go and buy some. I also haven’t had my security deposit back 2 weeks later. BE WARNED. I would never book again. I had to leave early and haven’t had a refund for the second night I didn’t stay due to no hot water, no WiFi etc.

It's very clean, all the basic facilities were provided and the location is really good, close to town centre and several stores around. Staff are really nice and reply messages quickly! Amazing experience
