The Essex Apartments - Ashby House

Very handy location for the event we were attending. Great facilities and host incredibly helpful. Lots of space made it feel like home from home and all we needed in the kitchen and bathroom for our stay. Very handy parking and the instrucitons for the permit were very clear. Very impressed with the level of attention to things that you might need and wouldn't think to bring in both the kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

A small misunderstanding over the fact that we needed to use the sofa bed that was very quickly sorted. Shame for the host that the hallways were not kept as clean as the apartment but not anything that would spoil your stay.

Security system was lovely. It was quiet. Easy to get taxi services. Apartment was spacious and modern. Lots of toiletries and coffee ect.

Towels were a bit small. Not enough linen available

Large apartment in good condition. Washing machine. Close to restaurants, university and Chelmsford(10 minute walk)

Outside and carpark need to be cleaned of rubbish more often.

Everything was perfect

I liked it’s location. It’s close to the town centre and right round the corner was where I needed to be so yeah this location is perfect.

The property was clean spacious, and everything was there that you need if you want to cook everything is there for that. It’s a nice secure property and it has a lift.
