Le perle del capo

We spent 7 nights in a very pleasant and nicely decorated apartment that fully met our expectations. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available on-site. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which allowed us to relax after long days spent exploring the city. The host, Marco, was very responsive and helpful. When we reported an issue with the WiFi, he immediately contacted the provider and explained that it was a network outage in the area. Thankfully, the internet was working again the next day. He also recommended us very good beaches and restaurants in Palermo.

The only downside was the surrounding area – the street was quite dirty and poorly maintained by the local residents. The stairwell was also uninviting, with an unpleasant smell. Aside from that, we have very fond memories of our holiday and our stay at La Perla del Capo.

Very nice modern apartment in a very authentic neighborhood. Around the corner is a nice market and you're within 5-10 minute walk from main attractions/sights. Host is very friendly and helpful! The neighborhood is old and not very well maintained, but we actually liked that authentic atmosphere and as a part of the experience.

Loved that is was a little home away from home, the location was good and great if you werent travelling by car. The host was easy to contact and able to answer any questions pretty quickly.

Parking station near by was very scary to drive to, the streets were super narrow. There was only enough coffee for 2 days of my stay and there was no washing powder provided.

I did love how central the apartment is, few minutes walk from monuments, shops and bars and restaurants are literally few minutes away. I have to confess that when I met Marco (the host) to get my key, I was a little bit worried about the state of the exterior of the building and the entrance hall (it is in need of some painting work), but Marco did explain that they are already in the process to start the refurbishment of the facade and entrance hall during the winter months when in Sicily is low season. The apartment didn't disappoint , it is new and clean and the bed is very comfy.The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you might need to cook and with a coffee machine and coffee pods and cold water in the fridge and some lovely homemade biscuits Marco's mum made that day. Overall everything was just perfect and my concerns were over once you get into the apartment, you do feel like in a small boutique hotel clean and cosy. I am looking forward to go back as soon as possible

Already said the exterior of the building and the entrance hall, they need some work, I guess next year that should be sorted

We had a fantastic stay at the apartments. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. A special mention to Marco, who was absolutely brilliant in helping us organise everything — from smooth airport transfers to great restaurant reservations and more. The service really made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location you can walk to everything, all the sights, shopping and restaurants, the host was really quick to communicate, the apt is brand new with everything you need and a comfy bed.

a little tricky to find, a taxi won't go into the city centre so you will need to navigate in yourself and that's better in day light although perfectly safe. the apt only has stairs so be aware of that like all old city centre apartments there will be stairs no lift.
