Friendly and communicative host, spacious and well equipped apartment, close to the old part of the town and to the railway station. Free parking on the street, if you manage to find a spot.

Not really something the host could be blamed for, but the street is really noisy day and night. Not really an option if you want to get a good rest and open the windows for fresh air in the morning, but it's a price to pay for staying anywhere in the area

Everything was clean and tidy and we really enjoyed our time to the apartment. Highly recommend it:) We loved that every morning we were having our espresso ☕️ to the balcony. So lovely 😊

The location

This apartment has two bedrooms, but if you need to use the room with the sofa bed, you need to go through the other bedroom, which is very inconvenient.

Perfect place! A stones throw from the trains and buses, clean, equipped and good communications with the owner. The beds are comfortable and the coffe maker a life saver in the morning. There are small trattorias right outside, where the food was both good and very affordable. You have groceries near by, and the old town too.

Apartment was very spacious and has everything you need. Salvatore was a great host - he met with us to hand us the keys and give us all the information about the apartment. Property is located very close to the main train station in Palermo so it is a great choice for those travelers that want to go on day trips around Palermo. Palermo city center is 20 minute walk from the apartment which was fine for us as well.

Under the apartment there is a shoe store that plays loud music during the day. It mostly didn't bother us during the day because we weren't at the apartment, while during the night street is mostly calm which is rarity for Sicily.

Cozy, spacious and clean apartment. Newly renovated and very well equipped with everything you could need. It has a great location near the center. The hosts were very gratious and easy to communicate with.

We stayed in apartment A with 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is large, clean, good price/qualiry ratio, comfortable, air condition in 2 rooms, good kitchen equipment, coffee machine with capsules. Good contact with the owners, I recommend.

We had interesting and diverse times in Palermo. The stay in your apartment was good.

The shower drain was clogged from the start and we had to improvise to have a comfortable shower.

Perfect location just 5 mins walk from Palermo Centrale :) Very good contact with host who was very kind and flexible! Amazing italian cornetteria just around the corner. 20 minutes walking distance to the Old Town. Very close to the supermarket. Apartment is very clean, modern, spacious and has coffee machine with good coffee :) kitchen well equipped. Bedroom has AC so we could regulate the temperature inside although the rest of the house might be a bit chilly (late december). Flat includes access to smart TV and netflix. Highly recommend!!! :) TOP
