La Casa di Giulia

A very clean house, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, just in the middle of historical Palermo (2 min by foot from the Cathedral!) We found a very well fitted kitchen, with coffee and tea, an even some refreshments in the fridge (beer, cola, milk). The property has 2 bathrooms, each with shower, wc and bidet. The kitchen has also a small balcony. And, what we loved most were the wood panels on each window that insulate from noise and light.

Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Altstadt, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet - wir hatten das Gefühl, wir kommen nach Hause. Im Kühlschrank warteten gekühlte Getränke auf uns und süße Snacks standen bereit. Wir wären gern länger geblieben ... Der Gastgeber hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und schnell auf Fragen reagiert (WhatsApp, Englisch).

Very clean, great location, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, big lounge, well stocked kitchen!

Super logement. Très propre, très bien équipé avec des petites attentions pour le petit déjeuner. Des instructions claires et précises. Chambres spacieuses, deux salles de bains privatives très pratiques. Emplacement top au cœur du centre historique. On peut tout faire à pied. Quartier hyper calme près des restaurants. Communication parfaite. Hautement recommandé. Nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes mais aucun problème.

Tout est parfait. Climatisation au top dans les chambres et hyper propre. Même la mousse à raser était présente. Confort optimal.

Clean apartment on second floor with good working modern elevator. Owner staffed, fridge, with water, and some beverages. That was greatly appreciated.  in addition, Ennio was very courteous and helpful. When we had some challenges, he was able to extend our checkout time, even though it was inconvenient for him. Thank you, Ennio!

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the big portion of the street the building is facing, is a bit roughed up and dark at night. However, if you are approaching Apartment from the main cathedral side of the street, it is great.

L'appartamento si trova in posizione centrale fantastica a 1 minuto a piedi dalla cattedrale e 2 minuti dal mercato del Capo. All'arrivo ci ha accolti la nostra gentilissima host consegnandoci l'appartamento, dandoci tutte le spiegazioni del caso, e consigli sulla visita della città, spiagge più interessanti e locali dove poter mangiare. Abbiamo trovato in frigo dell'acqua, delle bibite, delle merendine, the e caffè.

Casa in posizione strategica per visitare al meglio Palermo, dotata di tutti i comfort. Giulia è stata disponibilissima e premurosa. Consigliatissimo per passare qualche giorno a Palermo in gruppo!
