La collinetta B&B

This was a very nice property. The host was very helpful and even arranged a tour for us last minute. It is in a quiet country setting, away from the busy city. It was so nice to have a delicious breakfast waiting for us every morning. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice and quiet location which suits well those liking the peaceful setup outside crowded cities. Still close to major Emilia-Romagna or Tuscany cities. Very clean. Very kind host. Note: on navigation apps you should choose La Collinetta instead of the address on Booking which may point you on a remote spot.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. She speaks good English too and was happy to accommodate our wishes and spend time with us answering our questions about the area. Room was big enough for two and warm and sunny in winter. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Teresa is really friendly and of great help. Room is a bit small, but comfy and with everything you need. Clean and pleasant. Nice breakfast. Perfect position for us, 10 min from Carpigiani gelato University and right at the bottom of the beautiful hills. Quiet and peaceful. You do need a car to go around ( or a bike:-)

The room was new and very clean, the breakfast is served by the owner herself, she is very kind and helpful.

A dark courtain in the room would be nice, because the light from the outside lamp shines right on the bed.
