Very good communication with the host.

I thought I booked a hotel room, but it was a serviced apartment with no cleaning. The restaurant was closed and the water park for children, was open from 16:00 to 18:30.

Everything in the old, dirty room was dirty.

Closeness to the beach, the endless swimming pools, privacy in the apartment, AC, kitchen facility, gym, and many more

1) Some parts of the hotel are aging. Needs renovation to keep up with the market. 2) The kids Waterpark was not working during our stay.

The location and ease of access

There was no change of linen towels and sheets

Very good with the huge amount for pools and the water park, close enough to beautiful beach (shallow water, perfect for kids) Enough equipped kitchen(. Unfortunately stove couldn't be used) Massage, laundry and little supermarket close by Good size apartment

The bed line did smell a bit and we're a bit stained More towls would have been better. Pools are getting old, watch out for loose and sharp tiles. More cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mops etc.) Would help keep it clean or offer a cleaning service
