Clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The TV, tableware and toilet paper are all of good quality. They also kindly provide welcome snacks, laundry detergent, softener, laundry bags, clothespins, etc.

Absolutely lovely apartment, very comfortable for 4 adults and excellent location. Love the bathroom and kitchen. Also appreciated the gift tray of local snacks, umbrellas for guests' use - sometimes it's the little things that brings a smile. Easy check-in and check-out procedures.

Minor thing but it only has one WC and one bath. Both separate but can become a problem with multiple people

Good location, comfortable beds and bedding, great heating, nice little welcome touches, and allowed an early check-in, and stored luggage at checkout to allow for time in the city before heading to airport.

Nothing, but FYI the doorways are lower than what we are used to, so if you’re taller than 6ft, duck 😂

The atmosphere is great. The facilities are great. The whole heating system is especially wonderful, even though there was a room where the heater didn't work properly.
