Great location, clean, spacious, great for family. I wish there is more than 1 toilet though.

Checkin process is self-service and needs to fill in details for every single guest. It takes quite a long time.

Place is as shown in photos, cozy atmosphere, easy but secured way to enter and exit. Comfortable beds, excellent linens, big enough for a comfortable stay for a family of 5 adults. The best is the service though: thoughtful and really friendly, from the little welcome sweets, to personalised welcome notes in your native language, and even providing us with a parking ticket for free! They also very generously accommodated an early check in request. Will highly recommend this place!

No AC in one bedroom but we kept our door open and shared the AC in the living room and was comfortable enough.

Big Size, clean, many towels, beds were very comfortable . Air condition worked well, kitchen had everything you need for cooking Free parking, quiet

One bathroom and one toilet not enough, I prefer not to have fake plants which also take too much space and accumulate dust

The apartment was really beatiful and luxurious, the host prepared it perfectly for our group. Water bottles in the fridge, coffee, toothbrushes etc. If I ever get the chance to go to Sapporo again I will try to get booked there again.

Maybe the location is not that good, if you want to eat well or buy things you can expect 10-20 minute walk to center. But its managable and the apartment was well worth it.

Really comfy, great place especially for a family. Cosy, with all the attention to details, very warm atmosphere, the amenities , the parking... It was fantastic stay, and my family feel well rested in this place. Its professional in its service yet down to the earth in its provisions of the accommodation. Sweet spot for my family.

Nothing I could think of , maybe more bathrooms if there were a bigger group ? But it does not really concern us as 1 bathroom and toilet is just nice for a group of 4.

Super clean, new, modern, warm atmosphere, really feels at home! Check-in digitally simple too.

It should have better if bide function (nozzle) work properly.

Huge amount of space! Very comfortable. Check in procedure was a breeze and very easy.
