USBest staff and services ever. And best location! I woke up everyday to the sunrise on Gwangalli. I stayed 5 days, on one night I had a work meeting overnight so I upgraded from the female dorm rooms (solo traveler) to a private room. Private rooms were so nice and even though we discussed beforehand that I’d pay a difference of about $14 nightly, they told me at time or check out/check in that it was the same price and wouldn’t let me pay. The rooms are tighter spaces for sure, but to be expected from such a centrally located hotel. New facilities, great staff, great service, everything you need, especially for younger travelers but anyone really.
