ESI’m a super fan of this place; it’s my second time to stay here and I absolutely love it. I stayed in a small capsule the first time and a bigger one the second time. I love the atmosphere of this place; the views from the capsules, shared places… location… Staff is supernice… etc
A big issue is the amount of heat that enters the capsules once the sun is out. The first time I was in a small capsule in late June and it had a fan so I would more or less bear the heat. This time I was in a big capsule in early May with no fan and I could unfortunately not make the most of it because the moment the sun was out the calsule would feel like a sauna. That was a pity! I think the climatization of the capsules needs to be improved. I would say that people are mostly respectful; but, in larger capsules, some people were rearranging their suitcases during sleep time. As for the use of hairdryers, I believe the staff should make a statement to make sure that guests do not make noise (talk, arrange their items…); at all in the calsule area during sleeping times. There’s particular places within the facilities to do that. Washing machine was somehow not working for the whole 5 nights I stayed there. I suggest 2F would need to have an area that is free of music/heavy noise for people who are taking working calls there etc. Or maybe a couple of soundproof working booths/stations. Price is not so cheap for a capsule, though. Also, bed linen was not changed for 5 nights; while Pajamas and towels where replaced…
