Villa de la Playa

Perfect location, right on the ocean, access to the kitchen, close to a shop and a place to eat. Possibility of parking a car. Great terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very nice owner.

Unfortunately, the hotel will be covered by a new building under construction. The construction was not a problem for us. It's just a shame that the hotel will be deprived of such a nice view. On Sundays, there is one big party on the beach, with locals having fun. However, after dark, everything quiets down.

Overall cleanliness. Location is great. Size of room is good.

No lighting on roof top terrace. Parking is an issue. An in room bar fridge would've been nice.

I I absolutely love the amazing support provided by the staff! Although there was only one staff member, they were fantastic. The proximity of the beach was also a major highlight for me, and I especially appreciated the privacy afforded by the villa. The bedding, towels, and room were all clean, and I was grateful for the generous ceiling fan. The thoughtful inclusion of coffee, tea, and mosquito pads was a lovely touch. Thank you so much!

The kitchen could benefit from a bit more cleanliness, especially the stove and the spaces between the cupboard doors. It would be helpful if the correct address was provided on bookings or Google Maps, as it can be quite inconvenient for travelers. While the air conditioning wasn't ideal, the ceiling fan was a lifesaver. It would be great to have larger bins for unwrapping of suitcases. Unfortunately, there were some disappointing aspects to the renovations in the place, such as a door handle coming off when closing the door, missing patches of paint on the walls, and a toilet seat that was definitely too small - that's just not right. The surrounding area of the beachfront property could also use some additional cleanliness.
