The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. *Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment. *Two sets of keys are provided. *Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest. *We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment. *If you wish to have the use of the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost, consult with our team. It includes the linen for the sofa bed and that it is ready for your arrival. - Check-in after 20:00 costs 30 euros. - Check-in after 23:00 costs 50 euros. - Check-out is at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will only have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
