Location and the view, and acceptably clean every where.

No basic cleaning materials for the kitchen or bathroom. All bath towels a bit worn and frayed. The toilet seat was loose and the sun beds on the balcony were badly worn and one torn, uncomfortable and unusable. The bedroom pillows were very thin and needed replacing and more than one each please. Access codes were a bit confusing as I missed reading the email initially because it was all in Spanish, but I contacted the out of hours telephone number and the lady I spoke to was very patient and understanding. This sounds like a bad review but its not, we have already booked to come back in January!

Excellent location.

A fan extractor in the bath/shower room to prevent everything steaming up. You had to have the shower on low pressure to prevent flooding the bathroom floor. The noise curfew of quiet after 22.00 hours was not adhered to, televisions on loud up to 12 o clock and people noisily entering their apartments at 2 and 3 o clock in the morning.

Clean, views

To many Stairs, no air con, only 1 tea towel, no dishwasher tablets, no bin bags, only 1 set of clean sheets. Water floods bathroom through to bedroom when using the shower. Tv not working, marks on dining room furniture, loud neighbours about till gone 1 in the morning when we had a baby asleep.
