La ubicación en todo el centro de Luarca. Apartamento muy amplio y completo, con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina, además de productos para degustar. La coordinación con el propietario para recepcionar las maletas de Correros, pues íbamos a pie siguiendo el Camino de Santiago, y vuelta a Correos al día siguiente. Es de agradecer que admiten mascotas, y en mi caso de gran tamaño, un Pastor Alemán. Apartamento con todo tipo de detalle, muy cuidado, muy recomendable para visitar la bonita localidad de Luarca.

Ya me ha ocurrido varias veces con Booking y con los propietarios de los apartamentos: alquilo un apartamento con 2 habitaciones, entero para cuatro personas, y el propietario al entregarme las llaves me dice que sólo se le ha pagado para dos personas. No se quién tiene la culpa, si Booking o el propietario, pero es muy incómodo, muy desagradable y crea un poco de desconcierto. Nos advirtió de una fuga de agua en el termo, y nos compensó, pero la realidad es que algunos nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, otros no se pudieron duchar, salía realmente fría.

Me gustó todo, la amabilidad de los propietarios, la ubicación, el equipamiento.

What can I say - this beautiful apartment is possibly the best places we have ever stayed in! Tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean, the apartment is very spacious, yet incredibly cosy at the same time, and we looked forward to returning to it after every evening! Guillermo was a perfect host, and kindly saved us a parking space and waited to meet us on a miserable and rainy Sunday evening - so kind and thoughtful. Arriving on a Sunday, all the shops were closed, but we need not have worried, as there was milk, water, various teas and coffee in the kitchen for us. Can’t recommend the place highly enough and we hope to return one day!

It had everything we were looking for plus more. So well thought off! Highly recommend for a family or group as it has 2 bathrooms!

The front is facing the square, so if there is market you will hear noises early in the morning.....
