AUThe views were wonderful from the property, pool was clean. Everything we needed for one night
The public road to access the property was very rough and unkept. there was no elevator in the property so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the spiral stairs
AUEverything about this property is absolutely stunning- the location, the room, the facilities, the restaurant and the hosts. Beautiful room with huge balcony overlooking the sea. No detail has been spared. The air conditioning unit is hidden away, so no noise or fan heat on the balcony. There’s even tiny led lights in the bathroom so at night yiu can see what you’re doing without the need for turning on the lights. The restaurant was open, been though we were the only guests and the food was amazing and very reasonably priced. There was a coffee maker in the room but the hosts also provided coffee and pastries in the morning. Ample parking on site, can not find fault with this place. The pool and gardens were spectacular.

The private terrace outside didn't have a sistem to shield from the sun and that caused the room to get hot really fast.

Worst vacation experience ever! Be careful with this place, because it is not guest house, it is an event house. They tried to make up for it by inviting us to one of their events, but we did not attend, because we already planned our stay and we did not have time for it. On the other hand, we could not sleep well, because the events lasts really late and the crew starts to clean up the mess early next morning.. Really loudly! I am not going to go into further details, because there are countless things to mention. Read the previous comments carefully, if it is a negative comment, take it into account, because itis true. If it is a positive comment, I am pretty sure that it came from a friend or from a friend of a friend. Btw, when we contacted booking that this place is a mess, the landlord cancelled our booking and put us out without any notice. Anyway, best thing that happenned, because we found and amazing place and had a wonderful stay in Formia.
