As a family of 4 booked this apartment as a base for 2x days, before getting onto a cruiseship from Piraeus. This apartment was absolutely amazing!!! We were there in the middle of an extreme heatwave, so didn't do much in the end and was sort of bound to the apartment. Everything you needed was in the apartment - very neat & comfortable and well-furnished! With aircons in all the main areas, we were able to stay cool and only went out for the absolute necessary! From beginning right until the end our host, Katerina was super helpful and always friendly and ready to assist Thank you, Katerina! The small Votsalakia beach, was very handy & refreshing late afternoons! Was a brisk 15-20min walk and be aware... going to the beach there is a steep hill when taking the shortcut (!!), but a nice downhill when coming back In the area was more than enough supermarkets to buy the necessary groceries and restaurants (Karambelas got the best take-aways!!) Had an evening reservation for the Acropolis and eventually took a taxi as it was way too hot to travel via trains/bus and even this was very easy and very quickly for a small price - within 15-20min from Athens centrum with a taxi.

Not a problem for us, as we already knew about this via previous comments... 1. do keep in mind, it's got a very small bathroom (shower only) with a very low ceiling! Got a 2.01m tall husband, but he managed. 2. apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and not really recommended for people with a physical disability/difficulty There is a lift, but it's really small and scary old!

Piraeus központjától nem volt távol. Sok bolt van a közelben, melyek gyalog könnyen elérhetőek. A tömegközlekedés nagyon jó. A szállástól a villamos 2 perc sétára, a metró 10-15 percre van. Az apartman kényelmes és szinte tökéletesen felszerelt.

Minden tökéletes volt, kisebb hiányosságot pótolnék csak, mint például mikrohullámú sütő, nagy vágókés, puhább párna, mert a jelenlegiek nekünk nagyon kemények voltak.

Clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Close to the Metro Station (10 min walk). Communication from the host was excellent (via Whats App).

The Elevator only holds 1 person but stairs are also available

It was very clean and tidy not too small

No door number took us a while to work out which one.

It really felt like we were in our own apartment because it had all the amenities you would need for a shorter stay, loved the kitchen and that there was a balcony we could enjoy our breakfast on. For us it was a great location (close to supermarkets, subway 10 min walk).

It would have been nice with another sets of towels, but that would just have been a bonus, it’s nothing I expect!

A very clean and comfortable place. The mattress, bed linen and towels are exceptional. Kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve the meal. The host is very kind and ready to answer any request.

Rather small bathroom.
