USWonderful unique place! At the top of a VERY steep driveway. Owner met us in town and we followed him to the property. Probably wouldn't have gone up the driveway without knowing for sure that was where we were supposed to go. Awesome views. Great AC.
Fruit juice at breakfast would have been nice for those who don't drink coffee or tea. Driveway was scary!!! It was farther from the city than listed. Was listed as .2 miles from city center but it was a lot further than that (more like .8) and a steep uphill at the end.

GBLoved the apartment. It was modern, clean & comfortable. The view across to Pitigliano was stunning (especially from the terrace with a bottle of wine). Giorgio is a great host & provides breakfast bits for your first morning & toiletries in the bathroom. Free parking. Fully recommend this place.
Nothing about the property. The neighbours upstairs were very noisy as it’s hard floors throughout. If you can get the upstairs apartment, do so.
SIAppartment is fully and thoughtfully equipped with all the things a guest might need. The host was very responsive, kind and had excellent recommendations on local food options and also other things. The location is great and the view spectacular. It's a 10 minute walk to the old town and there's also a free bus option 200m away. Convenient parking in front of the two-appartment house. I would be very happy to stay here again.
