The Bel Air Hotel

増築中だったからなのか、部屋は3階でしたが、エレベーターがなくスーツケース運ぶのも一苦労でした。部屋も配線が剥き出しだったり、バスタオル一枚のみでハンドタオル、フェイスタオルもありませんでした。 ユニットバスでしたが、お風呂の仕切りのカーテンがなく水が飛び散らないようかなり気を遣って入りました。 完全に出来上がれば分かりませんが、少なくとも今はおすすめは全くしません。

We were treated like family. Food was left in the room as we arrived in the early hours of the morning after a full day of travel. Management checked in daily making sure our needs were met. Will definitely return for a stay there.

Honest Review - Needs Improvement This is a new property, and while the staff seemed friendly and trying their best, there are several issues that need to be addressed. • The room was extremely small and had exposed wires hanging from the wall. • The designated area for snacks, drinks, and cups was dusty and had dry paint residue. • The shower had poor drainage, turning it into a mini pool after each use. The awkwardly placed wall in the shower made it difficult to move around comfortably. • Only 1 out of 4 outlets worked, and there were noticeable paint patches that needed touch-ups. While the property may have potential in the future, it’s not ready yet. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.

I stay here all the time for work trips, staff is great and construction is practically done.

Under construction but once finished it will be a nice Hotel. I did not receive the room I paid for . Poor.

The customer service of the was excellent, however, this hotel is not ready for guests to stay. We got an economy room, no room to change your mind. Wires still sticking out of the walls.Construction is not completed, no hot water, no housekeeping unless requested. Mosquitoes galore! Had to ask for bug spray. 1st day breakfast was finished by 9am eventhough advertised up to 10am. The worst of it all when attempting to exit the room for breakfast, the door could not open (HSE Hazard). No phone in room, had to use roaming to eventually get on to the staff, who even with their key card could not get the door open. Got out the room after maintenance had to manually get it open. They tried to make it right to compensate by upgrading the room, and agreeing to do both breakfast and lunch and refund 1 night's stay. Grateful, but same challenges just with a bigger space. The staff was really polite and tried their best but the hotel is NOT ready. There will be no repeat stay for me.

La verdad no me gustó mucho, el hotel estaba en construcción y la estadía estuvo un poco incomoda, a demás el desayuno es terrible y en 4 días de estadía nunca le hicieron aseo a la habitación.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bel Air in Guyana, and while the hotel is still under construction, my overall experience was positive. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptional staff. They are hardworking, always willing to assist, and truly go above and beyond for their guests. In my case, when my taxi was delayed, they personally dropped me off at my tour—something you don’t see often! The hotel itself is new, and once construction is complete, I’m sure it will be even better. The rooms and facilities have great potential. One area that could use some improvement is the breakfast selection, which I found to be a bit underwhelming. That said, my stay was enjoyable, mainly thanks to the warm hospitality of the team. I’ll definitely be returning in the future and look forward to seeing how the hotel evolves!
