Leonardo50 Grande - Modern Apartment with Parking & Balcony near Metro - Budapest

Everything was great. The apartment was very clean, communication with the owner was quick, and the place itself is new, beautiful, and perfectly equipped with all the essentials. The location is excellent thanks to the nearby M3 metro line. Parking in the building’s garage is available for an extra fee, which is a big plus. Definitely a place we would return to and recommend to our friends :)

Clean, modern, fully equipped in a modern apartment block. Quiet neighbourhood at night, grocery stores and cafes a few minutes walk away. Excellent transport links to both the airport and city. Also an easy walk to the city if you are feeling energetic. A very enjoyable 3 days in a beautiful city.

Fully equipped apartment, clean, modern building, good location close to the city center with a subway connection. Communication with Sandor was excellent. Very close is a large shopping mall as well as restaurants and cafes. The apartment (apartment number 1, 5th floor) faces the inner courtyard and not the main road, and therefore does not suffer from the noise of the other apartment we were in which faces the main road (apartment number 7).

In fact, there is no real air conditioning in the apartment as stated. There are sensors for temperature control, but in fact it is not air conditioning - it is virtual AC without openings for air-conditioned air outlet. Sandor noted that it is a "green building" and the temperature in the room is automatically controlled, and in any case in the winter the building is only controlled for heat. Since the apartment faces the inner courtyard and not the main road - we could open windows for air and were not affected by the noise. It would be nice if the TV had common English news and music stations, but I couldn't find any.

Горещо препоръчвам Моника и нейния уютен и прекрасен апартамент! Посрещна ни с бутилка вино, имахме два вида кафе, дори беше помислила и за капсули и за пералня, и за миялна. Оборудван с всичко необходимо и е със страхотно местоположение - кварталът е тих и спокоен. В близост има всичко - метро, магазини, заведения. Лесно достъпни са всички забележителности в Будапеща. Ако пак посетя този красив град, непременно ще потърся отново Моника. Благодаря!
