New and cozy mountain house. Just as in pictures. Good location.

The home is very cute with two floors. I found it quite spacious for two people. The view is really nice and scenic and i loved sitting on the balcony. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are cozy. Our host Bosko was amazing, he was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us good recommendations. He was very thoughtful as we left our shoes outside during the night and it started raining and he put our shoes in the bag to stop them from getting wet. The location of the home is within walking distance to Zabljak city centre and only a few minutes drive.

A few minor things Bugs seem to get in the home quite easily. The curtains of the room are not light proof. The boiler for hot water is not very large so you can run out of hot water easily.

Location- it’s not in the town but 20 min walk through a forest to town with lots of restaurants and market. The views from the balcony were also stunning.

the property is so close the the town, it’s a great place to read a book on the balcony looking out with no one over looking and also a great area to BBQ and have an alfresco dinner in the summer.

Great view to the mountains, breakfast always with a view. Warm and cosy. Great location, very quiet but a 3min drive to Žabljak.

Shower had a leak but a towel on the floor kept the flood at bay. Stairs are steep and slip a bit so extra care is needed.

It is a nice place, calm and peaceful with a nice view on the village. Our host was very preventive, available and nice. He took time to share with us a lot of advices to organize and enjoy our time there. Thank you to him for this moment.

The only points that we have in mind in terms of improvement are to reduce the light for the window in the room and why not add a device to have a fire corner in the living room.
