Struttura molto ben attrezzata che dispone di tutte le comodità e di tutti i servizi. Cucina super fornita con presenza anche di lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Gli host sono molto disponibili e lavorano con passione. La casa è situata in ottima posizione se bisogna partecipare agli eventi dell' Unipol Arena. Due stazione facilmente raggiungibili a piedi (5-10min).
