Perfect location to Enzo Tardini Stadium as we were in town for a Parma game! The interiors were incredible - so chic and retro! Incredible style and ammenities!

On se sent très vite chez soi: le quartier est agréable, calme, ombragé. On n’a pas à prendre la voiture pour aller en ville, Tous les commerces de bouche sont à 300 mètres. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, la climatisation quand la chaleur se fait sentir sur Parme. L'immeuble était très calme ( mois d’août), bien tenu et de toutes façons, l’appartement est au dernier étage. Grande surface. Communication très facile avec Amantia qui maîtrise bien l’anglais.

Amantia welcomed us to the apartment and was so kind and helpful with planning things we wanted to do in the area...it truly made our stay what we hoped it would be and more! The apartment is nice and spacious and the wifi worked well. Parking on the street was easy to find and manage with the Easy Park app, and not too expensive (about 8-10 Euros for a full day but we were out much of the day). Location was wonderful for walking to Parma center (about 15 minutes away), as well as a large grocery store (which was 5 minutes away).

It was hot during the time we visited and the one ac unit in the entryway wasn't enough to cool the bedrooms (especially the primary bedroom) very well. It would be helpful to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms to help with heat.

We arrived on a Sunday - it’s free to park then. Amantia, the host, had told us about a car park 500m away. The car was safe and it was free. It meant we walked everywhere, which was hot but beautiful. The temperature was an average 33C. The apartment is in a perfect location. Just over 5mins to a supermarket, mini mall and restaurants. Amantia recommended several places to go. They were all excellent, especially Caffe Pascucci If you wanted, you could hire a bike as it looked like most people cycled. The cycle paths share the pavements.

That we were only there for three days.

Good location, 10 min walk to the city center and close to stadium. Easy to pick up the keys and self check in. Comfortable rooms and beds, enough space and kitchen with all you need inside. The parking is on the street, public parking, but we had no problem finding a place just in front of the building. Great host checking all the time on w.app if you are ok and if you need something.

The furniture is a more classic / old style than a modern one, but very clean. Windows and doors are made from glass (classic style ) and might break easy when open in the same time because of wind. Anyway, over all nothing bad and we would return for sure for another stay.

Huge apartment in a quiet location very close to the city centre. Great hosts, very responsive. Nice kitchen, fully equipped. Great bathroom. I personally found the beds really comfy. Would stay there again 100%. Good value for money.

Set in a leafy suburb within easy walking distance of central Parma (but there were also buses serving the city very nearby) the apartment was on the 3rd floor of a quiet and pretty neighbourhood. Lovely bathroom, great kitchen with a large dining table (we really like to cook at home), several really pretty items of great furniture, in short, everything was just right for us. Amantia and Alessandro were prefect hosts and living next door could take good care of us. Their English is also really good, even if we tried speaking Italian to them.

I really can't think of anything that could have been improved!
