On The Beach Casa

Property sits right on the beach with ships and sailboats and sea life to watch

Difficult to regulate the shower took two moderate cold showers. Not the way to start your day. The parking does not work. We were only able to park in front of our house once during our three days stay. One overnight we had to park on Rosecrans up the hill in time to parking . Also the stairs to get upstairs is quite a haul.

The view and access to the beach was nice. We appreciated having coffee and drinks on the deck. Our children loved being near the water.

We rented the two bedroom part of the property. There was another property with access to the same beach/deck that was not listed in the advertisement. We were lucky the guest checked out the next day after we arrived. It was not the cleanest. We had to purchase linens for the master as there were stains and lots of dust or clumps on the rugs. There was no air and it was HOT when we arrived, we had to open all the doors and windows. There were fans that were filthy! We have pictures taken of dust built up. We had to clean them ourselves as our children have allergies and asthma. On the patio deck, there were spider webs, dog poop, dog fur on the furniture sets - it had not been cleaned or maintained. Also, parking was a challenge as it is a public beach and people are able to park on the public streets - there is no private parking or garage. The instructions for leaving trash were written poorly and our trash did not get picked up. We had tried reaching out to all numbers listed as part of the customer care and no one ever reached back out to us for support.

It was a little chilly and we didn’t know there was another attached rental.
