Do espaço em si. Boa aparência, espaçoso, perto de tudo....

Higiene, os lençóis não eram limpos. Não havia tapetes, excepto casa de banho. O banheiro põe água pro chão, tínhamos que colocar toalhas para enxaguar e tínhamos poucas toalhas. O secador não funcionava, a placa do fogão também não, causou-nos prejuízo e desconforto.

You really get a lot with this place! Location is good for Rib Grande, it’s in a normal residential area, a short walk from anywhere but away from the busy streets. Very close walk to amazing sea views, but there is no view from the property itself. There is a keypad with a code for easy entry, no key and no one needs to let you in when you arrive. Kitchen is massive, and relatively well equipped. There’s a washer and dryer which work very well! Bathroom is also very spacious, and it actually has a double shower which was a luxurious feature; great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall this apartment was very spacious and comfortable!

There is an outdoor area, a patio out back off of the kitchen, but there is only some plastic furniture out there, it’s not somewhere you really want to hang out. The bathroom has poor ventilation and the doorless shower tended to splash water everywhere. Neighborhood was pretty quiet, but there were occasionally some kind of banging like fireworks at night, although not super late but in the evening. You definitely can hear noise from inside the apartment above and next door. PARKING - I was never unable to find a spot on the main cross road near the house, but it was tricky sometimes if you arrive back in the evening. Mainly just involved some walking back and forth to the car and tight parallel parking.

There was always a smell

Spacious appartement, big kitchen with everything you need, big bathroom. Bed was very comfortable Close to the centre of Ribeira Grande, easy to explore on foot. Close to surf beaches (5min by car), which was a big plus for us.

Humidity causes a musty smell. We just left windows open constantly for fresh air. Quite a few ants, mostly in the living room and kitchen.
